David Levanson
Research Analyst & Co-Portfolio Manager
David also has an impressive tenure at Sands Capital - joining in 1990, branching out to firms like State Street and MFS Investment Manager, and then re-joining Sands Capital in 2002 as a Senior Research Analyst. He now shares responsibility for managing the portfolio alongside Danielle.
Danielle Menichella
Senior Research Analyst & Co-Portfolio Manager
Danielle, who has 25 years of experience investing in equity markets, joined Sands Capital in 2013. In 2020, she was promoted to senior research analyst and also joined the Global Shariah portfolio management team. She was named co-portfolio manager of the International Growth strategy in 2022 and of the Global Leaders and International Leaders strategies in 2024. In 2026, she was named co-portfolio manager of the Global Focus strategy.
Before joining Sands Capital, Danielle was a senior analyst at Ashmore Equities Investment Management, where she began her career as an analyst.
